Ingredients

4 servings
Egg noodles300 g wide egg noodles
Cabbage1 small head, sliced
Onion2, sliced
Butter4 tbsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Melt half the butter and cook onions slowly until golden.
  2. 2Add cabbage and remaining butter and fry, stirring, until soft and browned at the edges.
  3. 3Boil the noodles until just tender and drain.
  4. 4Toss the noodles into the cabbage with lots of pepper and salt.
Serve it like this
