Ingredients

Hung curd (greek yogurt)½ cup
Mayonnaise¼ cup
Flat leaf parsleya big handful
Basil leavesa handful
Tarragon1 tbsp leaves, or 1 tsp dried
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)2 tbsp chives or greens
Lemon juice1½ tbsp
Salta pinch
Black peppera pinch

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blend herbs with lemon and a spoon of the hung curd until very smooth.
  2. 2Add the rest of the curd, mayo, salt and pepper and pulse to combine.
  3. 3Chill 20 minutes before serving.
Serve it like this

Serve in a small bowl, swirled, with crudités, or spooned over a crunchy salad or grilled fish.
