Ingredients

4 servings
Gotu kola leaves1 big bunch, very finely shredded
Shallots4 to 5, finely chopped
Fresh grated coconut½ cup
Green chilli1, finely chopped
Lemon juice1 tbsp lime juice
Salt½ tsp
Black peppera pinch

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Wash and dry the leaves, stack and roll them and shred as finely as possible.
  2. 2Mix shallots, chilli, coconut, salt and pepper, rubbing lightly with your fingers.
  3. 3Toss in the leaves and lime juice just before serving.
Serve it like this
