Ingredients

4 servings
Nori sheets10 sheets gim (laver)
Soy sauce1½ tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Garlic1 small clove, grated
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Sesame seeds2 tsp
Gochugaru½ tsp (optional)
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1 stalk, finely chopped

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Toast each sheet over a low flame or in a dry pan for a few seconds a side.
  2. 2Crumble the sheets into a bowl.
  3. 3Mix soy, sugar, garlic and sesame oil, pour over and toss gently with your fingers.
  4. 4Finish with seeds, spring onion and gochugaru.
Serve it like this

Heap in a small bowl and serve at room temperature with hot rice; spoon a little onto each mouthful.
