Ingredients

8 servings
Banana4 bananas, halved crosswise
Hung curd (greek yogurt)¾ cup
Honey1 tbsp
Dark chocolate (bittersweet chocolate)60 g
Coconut oil1 tsp
Sprinkles (hundreds and thousands)1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)2 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Push a stick into the cut end of each banana half and freeze 30 minutes on a lined tray.
  2. 2Mix the hung curd and honey, roll each banana in it and freeze another 30 minutes.
  3. 3Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the top half of each banana, then roll in sprinkles or coconut at once.
  4. 4Freeze 1 hour. Rest 5 minutes before eating.
Serve it like this

Stand the pops upright in a glass filled with crushed ice, or lay them on a chilled tray.
