Ingredients

Carrot2, chopped
Onion¼ small
Gingera thumb, chopped
Rice vinegar3½ tbsp
Miso paste1 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tsp
Sesame oil2 tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)3 tbsp
Honey1½ tsp
Water2 tbsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Put everything except the oils in a blender and blend until finely chopped.
  2. 2With the blender running, pour in the oils and blend until creamy but still a little textured.
  3. 3Chill 30 minutes.
Serve it like this

Spoon generously over chilled iceberg, cucumber and tomato, or serve with a rice bowl.
