Ingredients

Rava (semolina)1¼ cups fine semolina
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)½ cup
Instant dry yeast1½ tsp
Baking powder1 tsp
Sugar2 tsp
Salta pinch
Water2¼ cups warm
Honey2 tbsp
Butter2 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Blend all the batter ingredients until very smooth. Cover and rest 30 minutes.
  2. 2Pour a ladle onto a hot nonstick pan and cook on one side only, without flipping.
  3. 3Lay the pancakes on a clean cloth to cool. Do not stack them while hot.
  4. 4Warm the honey and butter together and pour over the pancakes.
Serve it like this

Stack loosely on a plate, pour honey butter over and serve warm with mint tea.
