Ingredients

6 servings
Baguette (french bread roll)6 small crusty rolls or 1 baguette
Mayonnaise¼ cup
Butter2 tbsp, soft
Garlic6 cloves, grated
Mozzarella¾ cup, grated
Flat leaf parsleychopped
Dried oreganoa pinch
Salta pinch

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix mayonnaise, butter, garlic, cheese, parsley and oregano into a paste.
  2. 2Cut rolls with deep slashes, not all the way through.
  3. 3Spread the paste into the cuts and over the top.
  4. 4Grill over medium heat or bake at 200 C until golden and bubbling.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a board, cut into pieces, alongside the grilled meats and vinagrete.
