Ingredients

2 servings
Cooked rice2 bowls, warm
Salmon1 fillet, salted and grilled, flaked
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)2 tsp green tea or roasted tea
Waterhot, 80 C
Nori sheets½ sheet, in strips
Sesame seeds1 tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)a little, sliced
Soy saucea few drops
Salta pinch

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Brew the tea with hot water for 1 minute and strain.
  2. 2Put warm rice in bowls and top with salmon, nori, sesame and spring onion.
  3. 3Pour the hot tea around the rice, add a few drops of soy and eat at once.
Serve it like this
