Ingredients

Vodka45 ml vodka
Tomato juice120 ml tomato juice
Lemon juice15 ml fresh lime juice
Green chilli1 green chilli, slit
Chaat masala¼ tsp
Cumin powder (ground cumin)a pinch roasted cumin
Black salta pinch
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a few sprigs
Cucumber1 cucumber stick
Ice cubesfor rolling and serving

Method

  1. 1Muddle the chilli and coriander lightly in a shaker.
  2. 2Add the vodka, tomato juice, lime and spices with ice and roll between two jugs five times.
  3. 3Taste and adjust salt and chilli.
  4. 4Strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with the cucumber stick and coriander.
Serve it like this

Serve tall over ice with a cucumber stick, coriander and a chaat masala rim. Masala omelette or poha alongside.
