Maple glazed salmon.

Ingredients

4 servings
Salmon4 fillets
Maple syrup¼ cup
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Garlic3 cloves, grated
Prepared mustard2 tsp Dijon
Lemon juice2 tsp
Black peppera pinch
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1, sliced

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Whisk maple, soy, garlic, mustard, lemon and pepper. Marinate the salmon 15 minutes.
  2. 2Lay the salmon on an oiled lined tray and roast at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes, brushing with glaze halfway.
  3. 3Simmer leftover marinade 2 minutes until syrupy and spoon over. Top with spring onion.
Serve it like this

Serve fillets over rice or roasted vegetables with extra glaze spooned over and spring onion on top.
