Ingredients

12 servings
Marie biscuitsmalt biscuits, or Marie, finely crushed
Butter½ cup, melted
Condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)⅔ cup
Soft fruit lollies (jelly sweets, gummy candies)Eskimo style lollies, chopped; pick gelatin free for vegetarian
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)⅔ cup, to roll

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Melt butter with condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  2. 2Mix into the crushed biscuits, then fold in the chopped lollies.
  3. 3Shape into two logs and roll in coconut.
  4. 4Wrap in baking paper and chill overnight, then slice into 1.5 cm rounds.
Serve it like this

Slice into rounds and arrange on a platter so the colourful lollies show. Serve cold from the fridge.
