Ingredients

3 servings
Chia seeds4 tbsp
Milk1⅔ cups
Saffrona generous pinch
Almonds15, soaked and peeled
Dates4, seedless
Cardamoma pinch
Pistachios1 tbsp, slivered

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Warm 2 tbsp milk and soak saffron for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Blend almonds, dates and remaining milk until smooth. Stir in saffron milk, cardamom and chia.
  3. 3Stir again after 10 minutes, then chill at least 4 hours.
  4. 4Top with pistachios and serve cold.
Serve it like this

Serve in small bowls, warm or chilled as it likes best, with a few chopped nuts on top.
