Ingredients

4 servings
Cucumber2 medium, finely chopped
Peanuts¼ cup, roasted and crushed
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)½ cup
Green chilli1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Sugar½ tsp
Saltto taste
Ghee1 tsp
Cumin seeds½ tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Chop cucumber finely and squeeze lightly to remove some water.
  2. 2Mix cucumber, peanuts, curd, chilli, coriander, sugar and salt.
  3. 3Heat ghee, crackle cumin and pour over. Serve right away.
Serve it like this
