Ingredients

4 servings
Puffed rice4 cups muri
Mustard oil1½ tbsp
Onion1 small, chopped
Cucumber1 small, chopped
Tomato1 small, chopped
Potato1 small, boiled and cubed
Green chilli2, chopped
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Farsan½ cup chanachur
Peanuts3 tbsp, roasted
Lemon juice2 tsp
Chaat masala1 tsp
Black salt½ tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Put everything except puffed rice and chanachur in a big bowl or a steel tumbler.
  2. 2Add puffed rice and chanachur and drizzle mustard oil. Shake or toss hard.
  3. 3Serve right away in paper cones.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a plate, with a few fresh coriander leaves on top.
