Ingredients

2 servings
Silken tofu1 block, chilled
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1, finely sliced
Ginger1 tsp grated
Bonito flakesa pinch
Soy sauce1 tbsp plus 1 tsp
Sesame oila few drops, optional

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Drain the tofu gently and cut into two neat blocks.
  2. 2Place on chilled plates and top with ginger, spring onion and bonito flakes.
  3. 3Drizzle with soy and a few drops of sesame oil just before eating.
Serve it like this
