Ingredients

6 servings
Pasta450 g spaghetti
Minced pork (pork mince, ground pork)400 g
Sausages (snags, bangers)4 hot dogs, sliced
Banana ketchup1 cup
Tomato puree1⅔ cups tomato sauce
Onion1, chopped
Garlic5 cloves, minced
Sugar2 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Processed cheese (american cheese)1 cup, grated
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1½ tbsp
Saltto taste
Black peppera pinch

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. 2Fry the onion and garlic in oil until soft, then add the pork and cook until browned with no pink.
  3. 3Add the hot dogs and fry 2 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in the tomato sauce, banana ketchup, soy and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes until thick. Season.
  5. 5Toss the pasta with sauce or pile sauce on top, then cover thickly with grated cheese.
Serve it like this

Twirl into a mound, spoon more sauce on top and cover with cheese. Fried chicken on the side for the full party plate.
