Ingredients

Chikoo (sapodilla, ciku)4 ripe chikoos, peeled and seeded
Milk400 ml, chilled
Sugar1 tbsp, optional
Ice cubesa few

Method

  1. 1Blend the chikoo with the sugar and a splash of milk until smooth.
  2. 2Add the chilled milk and blend until frothy.
  3. 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve at once.
