Ingredients

6 servings
Hung curd (greek yogurt)1¼ cups
Condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)⅔ cup
Milk⅓ cup plus 1 tbsp
Cardamoma pinch
Saffrona pinch
Pistachios2 tbsp, slivered

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Heat the oven to 160 C. Soak saffron in 1 tbsp warm milk.
  2. 2Whisk hung curd, condensed milk, milk, cardamom and saffron until silky.
  3. 3Pour into ramekins, set in a deep tray and add hot water halfway up.
  4. 4Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. 5Cool, chill 4 hours and top with pistachios.
Serve it like this

Serve chilled in the ramekins topped with pistachios and a few saffron strands.
