Bourbon15 ml bourbon
Lemon juice30 ml fresh lemon juice
Sugar syrup (simple syrup)1 tsp sugar syrup
Egg white1 egg white
Cocktail cherry1 cherry
Ice cubesfor shaking and serving

  1. 1Dry shake everything except the cherry and ice for 15 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake hard again.
  3. 3Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Garnish with a cherry, and a lemon twist if you like.
