Ingredients

4 servings
Milk3¼ cups, cold
Sabja seeds (basil seeds)1 tbsp basil seeds, soaked
Agar agar1 tsp agar, set into jelly
Waterfor jelly and seeds
Rose syrup4 tbsp rose or vanilla syrup
Sugar2 tbsp
Vanilla essence (vanilla flavouring, imitation vanilla extract)½ tsp
Ice cubesplenty

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Soak the basil seeds in water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Boil the agar in water with the sugar until dissolved, set in a tray and cut into small cubes.
  3. 3Mix the cold milk with the syrup and vanilla.
  4. 4Fill glasses with jelly, seeds and ice and pour over the milk.
Serve it like this
