Ingredients

2 servings
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)2 tbsp strong black tea dust
Water1½ cups
Condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)4 tbsp
Milk4 tbsp evaporated or full cream
Sugar2 tsp, optional

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Boil tea in water for 3 minutes until very strong. Strain.
  2. 2Stir in condensed milk, milk and sugar.
  3. 3Pour from one jug to another from a height, back and forth 6 to 8 times.
Serve it like this
