Sellou, sfouf or zmita
This Moroccan sweet of toasted flour, almonds and sesame goes by several names, including sfouf and zmita. It is a favourite during Ramadan and is traditionally given to new mothers.
Not to be confused with Lebanon's yellow sfouf cake.
