Mamak noodles

Mee goreng mamak is a spicy fried noodle dish from the Indian Muslim mamak stalls of Malaysia, often made with ketchup, potato and tofu. Pav bhaji is a buttery mashed vegetable curry from Mumbai's street stalls.

Both are late night favourites.
