Lemon juicejuice of 1 lime, plus a wedge
Sugar2 tbsp, or sugar syrup
Sabja seeds (basil seeds)1 tsp, soaked in water 10 minutes
Green chilli1 small, slit
Salta pinch
Water200 ml cold, or soda
Ice cubesa handful

Method

  1. 1Soak the sabja seeds in a little water until they swell.
  2. 2In a shaker or two cups, add the lime juice, lime wedge, sugar, chilli, salt and soaked sabja.
  3. 3Add ice and water, cover and shake hard.
  4. 4Pour everything into a tall glass.
Serve it like this
