Fried rice, sweet soy

Nasi goreng means fried rice in Malay and Indonesian and is often seasoned with kecap manis, a thick sweet soy sauce, and topped with a fried egg. Mirchi ka salan is a Hyderabadi chilli curry thickened with peanuts and sesame, served with biryani.

Both are built for leftover rice.
