Ingredients

3 servings
Broccoli400 g gai lan, or broccolini or broccoli stems
Salt½ tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp
Garlic3 cloves, minced
Oyster sauce2 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Sugar½ tsp
Water2 tbsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blanch the greens in boiling water with salt and a drop of oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and plate.
  2. 2Fry garlic in oil, add oyster sauce, soy, sugar and water and bubble 30 seconds.
  3. 3Pour over the greens.
Serve it like this
