Classic bhapa doi.

Ingredients

5 servings
Hung curd (greek yogurt)2 cups, thick
Condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)⅔ cup
Milk¼ cup
Cardamom¼ tsp
Saffrona few strands
Pistachios1 tbsp, slivered

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk hung curd, condensed milk, milk and cardamom until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into ramekins or a steel tin, top with saffron and cover with foil.
  3. 3Steam on low for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. 4Cool, then chill at least 4 hours.
Serve it like this

Serve chilled in the ramekin or unmould onto a plate, with pistachio slivers and a saffron strand on top.
